The Victorinox meat knife / carving knife of the Fibrox series has a 20 cm long blade in an unusual shape. With this knife you can easily carve meat thanks to the very sharp cutting edge.
Victorinox Fibrox handle: ergonomic and comfortable
The handle is made of Fibrox. This material has the properties of rubber, but is processed like plastic. Fibrox is pretty handy, so the knife won’t slip out of your hands even with wet hands or gloves. The solid construction ensures that mold or other dirt don’t stand a chance. Fibrox knives are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Nevertheless, we recommend that you wash the knives by hand in order to maintain the sharpness of the cutting edge for longer.
Fibrox is a relatively lightweight material. This makes these knives one of the lightest in our range. Due to the short handle and the light handle, the blade is the heaviest part of the knife. This makes the knife easy to use.
Victorinox Fibrox blade: very sharp
The blade is made of stainless steel and will be delivered to you very sharply ground. If the blade gets dull over time, you can easily sharpen it again. Simply optimal!
